Online boarding docs

I am trying to fill out our boarding docs for our upcoming Mariner cruise. There is a place for insurance info....do they mean health insurance or cruise insurance? Our last cruise was in September and we were not asked for this information. Sorry if I sound stupid.:)

I have no idea but I simply leave this one blank. It´s not a required field and I don´t know why this information should be their business. Sometimes it´s good not to give too much information.

Our travel agent said to just leave the insurance info blank. She didn't know what it was for either.

Thanks...I was going to leave it blank,as I carry my health insurance card with me at all times anyway. I didn't realize it was not a required field,so I will leave it blank.

Nancy, it's most likely for cruise/trip insurance info (we left ours blank also) since the infirmary onboard will not take your insurance onboard, simply give you a receipt to submit once you're home.
