?? for recent Rhapsody cruisers

When I last cruised on the Rhapsody a couple of years ago they converted the Library (I think it was the Library) to a "cigar bar" in the evenings. Is this still the case? If not, are there any designated places, other than a balcony, to enjoy a cigar without incurring the wrath of one's fellow passengers?

Yes, the Library was still available to cigar smokers in the evenings when we were on the Rhapsody last month. I don't think we ever saw more than one or two people at any given time in there though.
