Some very interesting ports today on "Where's Your Fleet" post.

 

It has been over 1.5 years since I have been on a DAM ship. I am very ready to get on a DAM ship very soon!:D

David: I just got off one four weeks ago and you reflect my sentiments exactly. Seeing the AMSTERDAM docked at Juneau does not help my case either. Right now, I couldn't get away if I wanted to. I hope you are far enough away from the Ocean so that you don't get the brunt of the hurricane Irene as she comes toward your part of the country.

We are not that far. It all depends on how far inland Irene will come in. Really do not know yet but have been watching the weather very close now and praying!!!

 

We are only about 2 hours from the beach. Looks like it is going to hit the North Carolina Outer Banks pretty hard, which I hope not!
