6 day cruise menu

We will be sailing on the Glory on a six day cruise in October. I have seen 3 day, 4 day, 5 day and 7 day menu's posted on this board. Does anyone know what happens on a 6 night cruise? Do they drop the 7th day or do the skip one of the other days. I am wanting to figure this out so we can figure out which day would be a better day for a Steakhouse dinner. Thanks in advance for any help you guys could give me.
