Bannister Island thru NCL's "beach break"

Has Anyone done NCL's "Beach Break" excursion that goes to Bannister Island? My question is, if you book this thru NCL, does the tender from the ship take you directly there, or do you have to tender to the main dock, and THEN get the tender over to the island?

When in Samana last year, I thought the direct tenders were one of the big benefits of booking directly with the cruise line, and was hoping the same was true here.

Other thoughts on Bannister Island are welcome.... still trying to decide what to do in Belize- we are a family of 4 with two young kids (ages 6 and 4).

thanks
