Cabin 5534 on the Gem, under the casino

Hi Fellow NCL cruisers, has anyone stayed in room 5534 on the Gem? I am wondering if it is noisy or smells like smoke since it is under the casino.

 

How about oceanview cabins on Deck 4?

 

Can anyone help me on this?

I also was wondering how cabin #5574 was also on the Gem! I had a balcony on deck 10 was had to change because one of my cabinmates are not going on the cruise now. Hope we both find the answers!:)
