Problem with Costume jewelry purchased on board?

Recently off the Golden and purchased a bracelet from an onboard shop. Went to wear it for the first time and it fell apart when I took it out the bag. Anyone have the info on who to contact at Princess for replacement or refund?

 

Just call 1-800-PRINCESS and they will connect you to the correct department
