Spa services Freedom of the Seas - questions

We are cruising on 9/4 on Freedom; does anyone have info on their spas and whether or not they offer something like a pass to use the spa facilities each day like Disney does? I think it was $10/day to use showers, saunas, steam room, meditation rooms, etc. Also looking for current prices on spa treatments, and whether they offer a couples massage :) Thanks!

FOS has the sauna, showers, etc. located in the fitness center (deck 11). Available all day - no cost to use. Towels are available. The spa area (deck 12) offers special services i.e., various types of facials and massages, nail and hair appointments. The cost for these serrvices should be available on the RCCL website. When you get onboard the ship go to the fitness center. It should be pretty quiet and you can have one of the attendants walk you through the facility to see all that is available.

They usually have a tour of the spa on embarkation day so you can see the facilities and I am pretty sure a couples massage is avaliable. They also have daily specials with reduced prices.
