Howdy all! I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year!

Congrats to Mr and Mrs Andy!

I am so jealous of those Looneys! Wish I could be going somewhere warm, but it's like I just got back from a warm weather vacation (alomst)! Last week we had temps at 50* &60*! Now we are back to the nasty below freezing temps, but it was nice while it lasted!

I watched the Sugar Bowl last night. The Ohio State Buckeyes were playing the Arkasas Razorbacks. I don't watch a lot of football, but I like to root for OSU (except when they play my Longhorns \m/). We won, btw.

 

Happy Early Birthday, Bobbie!!!! A day at the spa sounds like just the ticket!

Just thought I would stop in and say HI! Just got back from my weekend in the snow then a few days at the beach for my anniversary. Gotta say, the hours at the casino were my favorite. I broke even which means I won right? LOL

We stayed at the same hotel that Kimi & I are going to be staying at for the long MLK holiday weekend. It's our annual girls trip (2012 brings on a whole new experience for our girls trip...woo hoo), and we plan to have a blast! But we have to get through the next 8 days first :).

Hope everyone is doing well and that 2011 has started out great for you!

Good evening SMDer. Back at the grind (work) agian today. Not a bad day, up in the 60's.

 

Cathy - I was watching the Orange bowl on the other TV and I was rooting for Ark, but OS intercepted the ball and it was over:o.

Bobbie - Better to get all the shoping done today!

Just back from the Macaroni Grill. Pretty good stuff. Time to watch Southland and then some news. Have a great night.

Southland doesn't play here until the night after you. Unless it plays more than once a week. :confused:

Good afternoon SMDers. Nice day here in south Texas as it is about 68.

Bobbie - hope you had a great day! And yes, you are a very special lady to all of us!

OK, Looney's are Looney and the closer they get to the cruise, the more Looney they get. As they are now about 8 days from cruising, YUP, they are all Looney now:p!

OK, I am going to go ahead and contract with the Hotel Galvez for 15 rooms. I have sent an email to Rhonda telling her and I expect her to sent me the contract When I return it, she will prove me with the info that we will need to book the rooms. She did state that once the blocked rooms are booked, they will have more that we can book at the same rate, but I don't know how many more they will have. Anyway, once I have all the info, I will let ya'll know.

Rich, we were going to drive but when I was looking at prices of airfare I decided it might be cheaper to fly. You did say Houston right? I don't feel like looking back in the posts.

Yes, this Looney is really getting Looney. We have 7 days, oh yes 7 days. I can't believe we have not cruised since Feb of last year. It seems like alot longer.:D

Yes, Houston would be correct. Houston Hobby is alot closer to Galveston and cheaper when It comes to the shuttle (which I am still working on).

Hello SMD'ers

Hope everyone is having a great 2011 and I know you Looney's are getting ready for a fantastic cruise. :) I am so Jealous!!! :o

All is well here in Vegas, got some snow on Monday which was so fun because I was off and got to enjoy it!

Looking forward to playoff weekend to see who will face my Steelers!!

Hey Rich, Remember we will be gone for a week, and we all want a room at the Inn too.

Can you let her know we all will be booking when we get back...

Might need til the 1st of Feb to get back to a normal live what ever that is.

Unless of course, you get this all in motion in the next day or two...

I mean really we don't leave for another 6 days, (my peeps that is)

Yay, we are almost outta here... The sooner the better.
