Sounds to me like ya'll can have a big party for Chelle on Nov 2. Just invite Jen and Alan, Janet, Lori and of course Marie and Chelle. I would like to attend, but I will have cruise lag from all the cruising I will be doing at the end of the month:rolleyes:. Sorry

 

Party???? I'm not one to miss a party, but on Nov 2nd I'll be on a plane to Vegas Baby!!!! can you tell I'm a little excited about this trip?!! LOL!!!! Of course I wouldn't mind a little cruise lag either!!

Lori, we will be in Vegas on the 2nd too, we are driving down Oct 30 for Chelle Birthday, on the 31 and driving home on the 4th...

 

 

What hotel will you be at Marie??? Wouldn't that be cool if we ran into each other???!! I have no idea where we are staying, my brother is making the arrangements since he usually has some comps for food and hotels there. I've never been there, so I'm getting pretty excited to go. It will be just my brother and me, no spouses. He's alot older than me so we never spent alot of time together as kids, so this should be fun.

Good Morning and Happy Sweetest Day SMDers! My DH bought me a beautiful single red rose for me today :) Only one tho, goes back to the days of unemployment when he could only afford one!

I'm finally getting caught up on the boards. Work has been particularly brutal, OT every night this week. I've been giving @ 80 shots a day to kids who are getting kicked out of school cause they aren't up to date. And they are not happy, parents are not happy either waiting two hours in the waiting room :eek: Co workers crabby too. You could have given me the middle name of Snarky this week too! Love that term BTW!!

Rich--your business page looks good, I hope a lot of people take advantage of the rates before Nov 1st. I know 2012 seems so far off but so did 2000!!!!!

Cathy-- enjoy your last few days of work!! just think, this is your last weekend ever to work!! Yea!! Then you can get down to some serious packing for your move.. How is your pup? I was worried about you this week, I know how hard it is to have our dogkids sick.

Hi everyone

I'm glad I'm not the only one who didn't know who Joann is. :confused:

 

Do I get points for knowing where Valencia is? Used to go to Magic Mt as a teen. Kingman is a gas stop on the way to family visits. Until now we didn't know anyone there. ;)

 

Have fun in Las Vegas! I like Vegas even though we don't gamble much. I guess it's the flashing neon lights. :D

Hey, ya'll wish I was going to Vegas but I have to stay and work a mere 1 and 1/2 days. YEA!!!!!

I have been at LV for 10 years. It was the best job I ever had. Of course years ago I was a Power Transmission Specialist and work 65 hours a week so maybe that is why it is my favorite.

 

Lori, my Twinkie is good and hopefully will stay that way.

 

OK off to Looney land.

Well, I can`t keep up anymore, so not sure if I`ve been here today or yesterday or when.:p

 

Really not in the mood to go back to read all the post, so I`m trusting if I`ve missed any Earth shaking news that some of my besties here will tell me..;)

 

Have a sinus headache so not in the greatest of moods this afternoon. Just took some meds so they hopefully will kick in soon.

 

Chelle did a super job (as always) on the business page.

Boy that should get some people booked.. Just hope they do it soon, the clock is ticking down to deadline time.:eek:

It is a perfect Fall day here. Gotta love it!

I was just being a snoop and went over to the "Do you Believe in Magic", Dec 4, 2011 cruise board hosted by Host Randy. They have 20 cabins booked. We have 18 so far. I would think with Randy being a CC host, more people would be joining him on that cruise. Maybe, we are just a better group to be with (did I just say that?). I know that we have a Jello shot Queen, a Drama Queen, pole and lap dancers and even a county hick just to name a few whom like to party. Could that be it? We just like to have FUN!

Bobbie..I hate it when you don't feel well! I had a sinus headache yesterday. I think it's the change in the weather. But anyway, I took a heally hot steamy shower and that helped...maybe you can try that too. by the way, after the hot and steamy shower came the solid cold shower to cool me off!! Not a good idea to get hot in the shower and then be in the hot weather too!

I was being nice, pointing out our high points. I was just saying that I thought that they would have alot more cabins booked at this point with Randy being a host on the board.

Bobbie and Janet, I have been on antibiotics all weeks with a sinus infection so I feel for both of you. I hope you both a feeling good soon. No Bobbie I don't think I have had any Drama today so you should be safe.

Rich, I presume I am the Drama Queen, nobody has replaced me right?

 

I like Randy as a moderator and I am sure he is a very nice person, but I love you so that is a big difference.:) We are all sis' and bros so that is all that matters.

Hot Pastrami and Swiss sandwiches on Rye tonight. YUMMY!! Plus a few Coor's Light's.

Lori, you will hold the sign that says STOP JELLY FISH:eek: or something like that. In other words you need to hang around me in the bar. It is just a different kind of trouble.:D Plus all you will need is asprin.lol

Chelle has rooms for us at the Polo Towers in Vegas for her Birthday.

Some coming from Oregon, some from Montana, some Arizona, and some from Denver...
