davetecsgirl Posted August 30, 2011 #1 Share Posted August 30, 2011 Hi all,, I am working with a Cruise Planner to bring to you an exciting Cruise adventure to a place that I love and will be calling home next Month, I hope you all will want to join me on this adventure....... Welcome to the Bermuda Geocaching Adventure registration! You enjoy Geocaching you say....Well do we have a cruise for you. Did you know there are currently over 100 Geocaches in Bermuda? By the time we make land at King’s Wharf there will be even more! We are putting together a Geocaching cruise Adventure unlike any you have been to before. We will depart Bayonne, NJ on Saturday, April 21st late afternoon. Once underway we will host a Welcome Geocachers Cocktail Party to get to know each other and go over all the details for the fun filled days ahead. We have left all evenings from dinner on open for you to enjoy the amenities of the ship and they are plentiful! Broadway quality entertainment, Ice Shows, the Casino, dancing and much more. For our 1st day at sea you are invited to explore the ship and look for the Letterbox Caches we have provided for your cruising pleasure. We will host an intro to Geocaching seminar for anyone interested in learning about Geocaching and joining us on our adventure. If you are new to it you may want to join in to learn more. Are you game to participate in a Geocaching flash mob while in Bermuda? Then make plans to join us pool side to learn a few new dance steps. Our goal is to have a guest speaker to discuss the new GPS and smart phone technologies as they apply to Geocaching. More details will be provided. Prior to dinner we will gather in the cocktail lounge to go over the details for the morning disembarkation. At that time you can sign up for your Geocaching Adventures in Bermuda. You will have the options of going by foot, motor scooter or bus to other parts of the island. We will also have Aqua Caches to be discovered by scuba or snorkel to add to the adventure. We will arrive into King's Wharf by 9AM on the 3rd day. You will meet in the area designated by your Adventure request and disembark as a group if you have joined one. Go have fun! Each evening when you return from your days adventure, we hope you join us in the cocktail lounge to share your days experience. We will depart King's Wharf at 5PM on the 4th day. See you in the Cocktail Lounge! For the return sea day we will have more Letterbox Caches available to explore. We hope you will join us to listen to the adventures of one of the top Geocachers in the world. Do you have any experiences you want to share?.....Well maybe you will after your Bermuda Adventure. Sadly we will arrive back into Bayonne, NJ on the 6th day at 8AM and will disembark shortly thereafter. Hopefully we will depart having made many new friends with lots of stories and pictures to share with family and friends. Perhaps they will join you on our next one........
