tiger belle Posted August 30, 2011 #1 Share Posted August 30, 2011 I recall from a previous thread that the pasta bar on the Magic serves as a sit-down Italian restaurant at dinner--a menu with a surcharge of $10 or $15...is this also the case on Dream? Or does the pasta bar remain the pasta bar for both lunch and dinner hours?
Pacclady Posted August 30, 2011 #2 Share Posted August 30, 2011 The pasta bar is only open for lunch. On our Eastern cruise, it was open 12-2:30 on sea days, and 12-3:30 on part days.
seashell36 Posted August 30, 2011 #3 Share Posted August 30, 2011 On the Dream it was only open for lunch - you choose your pasta and sauce on a menu card and they will bring your food to you. It was very quiet upstairs in the pasta area for the first few days of the cruise. I'm not sure that most people knew it was up there.
tiger belle Posted August 30, 2011 Author #4 Share Posted August 30, 2011 thanks, y'all...I was hoping that the Dream had opened up a premium Italian restaurant like the Magic has, but I guess not...at least not yet :(
