italian restaurant on dream?

I recall from a previous thread that the pasta bar on the Magic serves as a sit-down Italian restaurant at dinner--a menu with a surcharge of $10 or $15...is this also the case on Dream? Or does the pasta bar remain the pasta bar for both lunch and dinner hours?

On the Dream it was only open for lunch - you choose your pasta and sauce on a menu card and they will bring your food to you. It was very quiet upstairs in the pasta area for the first few days of the cruise. I'm not sure that most people knew it was up there.
