When you redeem 125,000 points for a free 7 night cruise for 2 I know it is for up to $2500. How does this work if you add a 3rd and 4th to the room? Do they take $2500 off the total of the room, or do they take the price of the 1st and 2nd up to $2500? In other words, if the room total is $3500 and the cost of the 1st and 2nd is $2000, do they take $2000 off or $2500?

It won't take long. We charge everything we can, and pay it off every month. We have a daughter that lives in a dorm at college, so we have those 'nice' tuition and room and board bills that we charge. We can also charge things like gas, groceries, dining out, our cell phone bills, cable bills, Ice Hockey fees, Doctor bills, ect rather than write seperate checks for each. It makes it easier to write one check at the end of the month rather than 10 or so. You also earn 2 points for every dollar spent thru RCCL so we have earned extra that way, too. We have over 50,000 points racked up since we got our card in October. This time next year we should have a free cruise coming.
