Trying to figure out time to meet private tour. We're in at 11:00. Does anyone know approximate time for the ship to be cleared so we can disembark?

As you will be on a round Britain trip there is no requirement to be cleared per se, You should be able to depart within no more than 30 minutes of mooring, perhaps sooner.
