Does anyone know a place where you can go parasailing in puerto vallarta?

Does anyone a beach that is easy to get to and not expensive?

The closest beach to the cruise port is the one adjacent to the big resorts like the Krystal. Not sure which resorts offer parasailing. The closest decent public beach is Los Muertos which is near the south end of downtown. I know there is parasailing at Mismaloya beach which is approx. 12 miles south of downtown (but easily reached by bus or taxi). Mismaloya is the nicest in my opinion but the longest trip.....
