Atlantis excursions

Will be sailing Nassau in a few weeks. On the excursions to Atlantis, the videos and descriptions mention on most that you take a ferry. Are the ferry boats included in the price and where do you find the ferry boats from the ship (oasis). Info on transportation back and forth from Atlantis when taking these excursions would be appreciated.

We also thought we were gonna take a ferry. Nope.. On our Oasis cruise, about 200 people all got together outside the ship, walked to the entrance of the pier, and (fairly quickly) boarded many shuttle buses. Its a quick 10 minute ride to the pier, and make sure you get on the LEFT side of the bus, as it has a GREAT view of the port when crossing the bridge to Paradise Island. The bus ride didnt put a damp on the day at all, we enjoyed Atlantis very much! Ate some (very expensive) breakfast in Atlantis since we woke up late and didnt eat on the ship, then explored the dig and got done just as the water rides opened. Got to ride all the water slides, and even took a quick dip in the beach. We would definitely do it all over again if it was a bit cheaper and the day was a bit longer, but we cant say we didnt enjoy it. Have fun! Atlantis and the Oasis are great! :)

How many people in your group? You might be better off renting a room at the Comfort Suites next door to Atlantis. With the room rental you get 4 bands so you can use EVERYTHING at Atlantis.

The Oasis docks at Atlantis for a very short time. I'm not sure how much savings would be made but in such a short timeframe, the OP would have to consider that even a minor delay could cause them to miss the ship.
