Kelmn07 Posted September 16, 2011 #1 Share Posted September 16, 2011 Hello, Is there a universal ticket to buy that gets me on the rail system throughout the day (like in Venice) or do I need to pay at each stop? I am looking to go from Civ to Rome and then spend the day in Rome so just wondering if there is a 'universal' pass or if I get off at Termini and then pay to get to others? Currently, I'm looking to buy the pass from port to Rome and it shows 9,50 for 2nd class. Any big difference between first and second? Thanks! Kelmn07 Posted September 16, 2011 Author #2 Share Posted September 16, 2011 Weird, it won't let me edit it...I want to change the topic to say 'In Rome'. Why I go to my stats it doesn't even show this post under my name.
CathyCruises Posted September 16, 2011 #3 Share Posted September 16, 2011 For 9 euros, you can get a r/t train ticket from Civi to Rome and all day use of the metro and buses--can't get much better than that!

The €9,00 ticket will cover you for the day to and from Rome as well as transportation within the central city. Lew
