Mears Shuttle - Can I exchange?

We booked our cruise online with Carnival and purchased transfers from Orlando to the port but did not book air with Carnival. My question is can I exchange my transfer from the airport to the port to the port to the airport? I waited on hold for 20 minutes with Carnival and no luck. Thought about calling Mears directly but assumed they would tell me that I'd have to go directly through Carnival.

It's a little unclear from your post as to why you want to exchange/turn in the transfers. Is it because you booked your own air or you want to make the transfer in a way other than using Mears?

We booked our own air and purchased tranfers one-way. I did finally get through to Carnival yesterday and they exchanged with no problem. We're renting a car in Orlando and dropping it the day of the cruise in Cocoa Beach.
