200bears Posted September 21, 2011 #1 Share Posted September 21, 2011 We are going to be in New York 2 days following a cruise in October. We would like to visit Ground Zero and the Empire State building. Do we need to get tickets ahead of time? __________________ ;) L & K
njhorseman Posted September 21, 2011 #2 Share Posted September 21, 2011 You definitely need to get a reserved pass (there's no charge for it) to enter the National September 11 Memorial. You can get your passes here: http://www.911memorial.org/ You don't have to buy tickets in advance for the Empire State Building, but you can: http://www.esbnyc.com/observatory.asp?gclid=CJSKnavEr6sCFcNM4Aod0z0IKQ
