I recieved a gift certificate and think that I have added it to my account, is there a way to verify that?

Request an updated invoice, either from RCL if you booked directly with them, or from your TA.

 

I had an issue last spring getting the gift certificate to show up. If it's not on your invoice, call the number on the certificate and they should be able to confirm if its been applied.

I hate to say it but methinks the verification process is a smidge on the difficult to confirm side.

You would have to request a Confirmation Invoice from RCI and then under Booking Charges OBC is coded depending on it's source.
