NCL Sea Help

Hi: I'm going ont my FIRST cruise on the Sea on May 14th. I'm a food nut, and I can't find any really thorough info. on the NCL Sea's food.

 

I've looked at that board, but I want to know which resstaurants are open when, the sushi situation, themed food nights, room service menu, etc.

 

Thanks in advance for any info. It's not critical, but for some reason, I'm spending about 1-2 hours a day reading this board now, ever sine I booked a few days ago.
