I don't want to give you incorrect info, big difference between "I think" and "I know". I could take an educated guess but have never sailed Royal C. If you don't get any/many responses here I suggest you post your question directly on the Royal Caribbean board.

Royal Caribbean has an outstanding room service menu- granted not everything that is offered on the dining room menu could be had from room service but there is an option. You could also go the buffet without getting all decked out.

You could eat at the Windjammer buffet or in the Promenade Cafe (more like sanwiches and pizza) or you could pay the cover ($25) and eat at Chops and Portofino, where smart casual is more the dress code.
