Military rate after final payment

We've been really lucky in 4 of 5 cruises to get a military rate on balcony cabins. For our Feb Serenade cruise we're booked in a JS. I suspect IF a military rate comes out, it won't be for suites, there's only 3 JS showing available, but there are still plenty of balconies available. So hypothecially, if a miltary rate shows up after I make final payment and it's a significant drop in price, I might be persuaded to save some money and give up my JS for a balcony. Can you do that after final payment?

No there are no refunds given after final payment date.

after final payment you can only upgrade...not downgrade...
