chilkoot tours

I recommend you email Chilkoot to be sure. We also did the Yukon but in researching I don't remember any of their tours saying they stopped at the cemetery. I found them to be very responsive to any questions when I was booking the tour.

We took the Skagway Street Car Tour as well as the van/train with Chilkoot and the streetcar did stop at the cemetery.

We just got back from our cruise and used Chilkoot in Skagway. We did the rail up and bus back down. We asked the driver to drop us off at the goldrush cemetary which he gladly did. We walked from the cemetary back to the town which was about a 20-25 minute walk, easy walk, all sidewalks and no big hills. The tour was excellent BTW!!

thanks i thought about having them drop us off there also

In the past, I have not seen the Gold Rush mentioned as a "stop". IF you have the time, then getting a drop off, near the train yard, would offer you the option to walk there. It also is a very nice walk back through Skagway, again, it's a 1 1/2 mile so no mobility limitations. I like walking back down Alaska, which goes by the school and airport. :)
