Chef's Table Booking

We booked a January 14- 28 cruise on the Grand as a 14 day cruise . Each week is also being sold separately. Can we request the Chef’s Table dinner for the second week when we embark or must we wait until the 2nd week embarkation?

If you speak to the Maitre'd to have your name put on the interest list for the second week he will probably let you do so, especially if you try for the first week but do not make the selection. But this process is done differently on each ship by each Maitre'd. Showing the interest and making the contact will go pretty far.
