Nightclub Xcursion in Istanbul on X

Has anyone taken the X Nightclub excursion in Istanbul, and how did you like it? What can you tell me about it? thanks! (Do you remember the cost?) Where was the nightclub--do you remember the name? thanks!

There are several nightclubs in Istabul which cater to tourists. One of the bigger ones is Sultanas. I organized a large group evening there in 2009. The picked us up at the dock and later took us for a brief tour of the old town at night before dropping us off.

 

The food at Sultanas was so-so (some starters were good, but I don't go for cold fries and rice!) The entertainment was hokey but fun. There were a couple really good belly dancers.

Maryann: was that you that organized our night at Sultanas? May 2009 on Solstice ? About 40+ of us ? Couldnt remember who did it, but we enjoyed our evening. My dh was the one who was picked to be the new "sultan" I have some great pics and video of that night !!! We are returning again in a few weeks.....can't wait !

No, we were on Azamara and my DH got to be Sultan. We have some great photos and he has had fun telling that story.
