Elegant or Elite Tea

I was wondering does Celebrity usually offer an Elite Tea or Elegant Tea or both or neither on 5 day sailings?

They still have the Elite tea, at least on 7 night cruises, but no general afternoon tea. They've downgraded the Elite tea from what it used to be and at the same time have added an extra cost afternoon tea in the specialty restuarant called "Champagne Tea" which was $25 or $19/ without the Champagne.

 

They also have a tea/snack service in the buffet daily, except embarkation day, from around 4PM to 5PM with tea sandwiches and pastries similar to what they currently offer at the Elite Tea.
