Has anyone ver taken the B.O.B. excusion in St. Thomas?

If so can you please tell me about it.

It sounds really fun, but the only thing that has me concerned is in cruise line's tour description they mention all these other things you can do on the yacht like snorkel, water toys and sunning. They make it seem like you won't get much time on "BOB."

Any help would be appreciated.

You do spend more time on the boat then on BOB. There are a number of reviews on this board about it, use the Search Option and search for BOB.

Just went on this tour last week--only 20 minutes in the BOB. I would not recommend this tour--see my review elsewhere on this board.

We had already booked it. I have read about 30 positive reviews and about 3 negative. So the percentage seems higher to like the trip. I hope anyway.

I have been on numerous snorkeling trips both on cruises and land vacations. I thought I would love this trip. The view through the bubble helmet feels like everything is right on top of you. We did this excursiion with another family that scuba dives--they too thought it would be great. You only get 20 minutes on the BOB--they shared our same feelings. Good luck on your tour--maybe you will like it!!
