South Friars beach or Frigate Bay......please help me decide?????!!!!!!

We are in St Kitts at the end of November and have already done a island tour with Thenford Grey (on our last visit...FANTASTIC!!).

 

We have decided we would like to go to a beach for the day but keep going round in circles on which on to visit!! One minute I'm all for Frigate Bay and the next it's South Friars :confused:

 

So, can you tell me where you would go and why?

 

All we are looking for is somewhere with a nice beach, chairs and somewhere to get drinks and food , oh and must have a clean bathroom!

 

Looking forward to your recommendations!!
