Does anyone know if there is free wifi in the terminal or at a local spot?

You can get free wifi in the lobby of Renaissance Hotel, or at the following locations in the downtown area:

There is no terminal per se in Curacao.

There is also an ice cream shop in the Riffort if you are arriving at the Mega Cruise Terminal. If you are not in the mood for ice cream (I don't recall if it was Baskin Robbins, or Edy's - definitely was not Haagen Dazs or Ben-n-Jerry's), you can just find a seat near the palm trees "close enough" to the ice cream shop and get free wifi.
