Day room Near LA Airport

Hi we will be disembarking Queen Victoria on 4th Jan 2012

 

Our flight from LAX is not until 21.15

Does anyone have recommendation either for a Day room at a hotel near the airport.

 

Or alterantively somewhere to store our luggage so we can go and explore for a few hours?

You are likely to be charged for a full night's rate at any of the LAX area hotels...

I guess the question is one of how you plan on exploring LA? Perhaps the best thing to do would be to rent (hire) a car and keep your luggage with you in the trunk (boot). Another option would be to use a tour company to travel about LA...I believe Sunseeker Tours will pick you up at the pier, take you on a tour of LA, carrying your luggage with you, and drop you off at LAX at the end of the tour...

I can highly recommend Sunseeker Tours.

 

We used them for a regular full day tour but, as the previous poster says - they wil pick up from the port, do a tour and drop off at LAX.

I have just checked out the sunseekers Tours and it looks all good!

 

I am just trying to see if Cunard will be arranging anything for people on late flights, but not having much luck.

The other option I know is the Four Points LAX and they offer a 24 hour stay http://www.fourpointslax.com/
