i hope this is the right spot.. i need some advice about hanging clothes and

flying.. do you carry them on the plane or check them with your luggage..

will they press your clothes on the ship and for how much????

Yes get a good folding garmet bag. We alway's check ours.

 

Don't know what ship your on but on the Carnival ships we have been on they have an iron in the laundry room of each deck. We've never needed to use them though.

I would check my garment bag. Many airplanes these days don't have a place to hang bags. Some of the older planes and usually the widebodies will have a place to hang bags, however, don't count on it. If there is a closet on the smaller planes (it's usually a very small one), it's used for the first class coats.

pack your special clothes in a plastic bag (the kind you get from dry cleaning) and they won't wrinkle. I was given this idea here on these message boards, and darn if it didn't work! Also, Downy Wrinkle release was another idea I got here and I bought a smaller plastic spray bottle (like for perfume) and put it in that. If you do these two things, you might be able to avoid paying to have them pressed.
