I have read where people set their upgrade preference online. Is this only available to past guest or can first timers do this? If so where do you go to set your preference to automatic upgrade? Thanks

Upgrade preferences are set in the Crown & Anchor section. That is for those who have already cruised with RCI. Have a great cruise.

Thank you. This is what I "thought" but wanted to verify. We have the family promenade booked (family of 5) and it is really frustrating to have to call RCCL to get prices on these family cabins. I like that they are reserved for certain number of guest but seems that RCCL could at least show the prices then have you call to actually book :p. Not that this is a problem with us crusing with them because they DO show the military rate which other lines have you call for those hehe.
