Karaoke in Cabo

I will be spending a week in Cabo at the end of the month and was wondering if there is a bar that does karaoke. Any info, if available, would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Estaban´s (next to Dairy Queen) in Windam parking lot - across from DI store, Miguel Loco´s on Hildalgo St. across from Wilkes park, What´s Up across from mall in the old Lucky Ace location and Arrimango about a block down from What´s Up - both on Marina Blvd.
