Belize- never left the tender dock

Just wanted to say that we (sis and I) had the best time just drinking and eating right by the tender.

 

The Bailey's banana colada (BBC) drink is yummy but the beer is incredible. Its ice cold and cheap and tastes as good if not better than most well known american brands.

:confused: Please tell us a little more about it ... and what else is around that tender pier area????

The Wet Lizard is just to the left of the terminal. You can see it as the tender approaches.

I was there last year...very good food as well as a nice open air atmosphere and they encourage you to sign the walls.

 

Try the Panadas...a very authentic Belizean dish. I also tried the Belikin beer which is the beer they bottle in Belize. They sell cute T-shirts there too.We had a wonderful time there!!

Boy, I must have bought my beer at the wrong place at the pier. It cost $4 per bottle! Not cheap. Belikan beer.
