What night is Chefs Table on Miracle

I'd love to know what night they had Chefs Table on the 8 night Southern Carrib????

And has anyone recently sailed on Miracle and eaten at the Chefs table? I'm curious to know if they changed out the menu yet??

I tried doing some digging. I found a thread from August. Apparently the Steakhouse Hostess is the one who confirms date. As of August, this was the person and their email listed:

I am booked to do Chefs Table in February 2012....this is the email I received from the Steakhouse:

 

Hello,

 

Date is beginning of the cruise .For now I cannot tell you which day will be Chef’s table because it’s for next year

Usually Chef’s table is twice in cruise

Once you come onboard you can confirm your reservation with the Steakhouse

I just hope the menu still is the same, I really think the cornish hen sounds lame........... I make awesome cornish hens with apricot stuffing and glaze, I mean I could stay HOME and make that.

Same with fried chicken and meat loaf, blah!!!
