Has anyone had a dolphin swim or encounter booked, but the ship failed to dock? Do they refund you? They insist on full payment upon booking, but don't address the question of the ship not docking.

I just made our reservations with them over the phone and asked that question. They said yes, they do refund if the ship didn't dock. Call them at 1-800-327-1584:)
