mbmadeline Posted October 12, 2011 #1 Share Posted October 12, 2011 I'm new to Norwegian The Representative suggested room 10506 on the Pearl but wasn't sure if people in the bridge viewing room were above our balcony for privacy or if it would be noisey over head in our room with people walking in the viewing room. Is there any advantage or disadvantage to decks 9 or 10 or do you have any recommendations for rooms with balcony that are quiet and away from an elevator? Thank you
Rare kjquilts Posted October 12, 2011 #2 Share Posted October 12, 2011 Here's a link to drag it decks - nice tool for seeing what is above and below you. It doesn't look like the bridge viewing room is directly above you. It may be officers quarters or maybe office space. http://www.cruisedeckplans.com/DP/Main/dragit2.php?ship=Norwegian%20Pearl Here's a pictorial tour of the Pearl - the individual photos are clickable to make them larger. http://www.shipparade.com/cruise%20reviews/NCL%20Norwegian%20Cruise%20Line/Norwegian%20Pearl/Norwegian%20Pearl.htm Hopefully someone who has stayed in this stateroom will chime in. mbmadeline Posted October 13, 2011 Author #3 Share Posted October 13, 2011 That was extremely helpful ...I just booked our room. We've always done Royal Caribbean ... this is the first time trying NCL I appreciated your time to send me that link to the deck plans; never would have found them.
