While we are on the subject, do they allow you to order more than one entree item like they do in the MDR?

 

I saw in another menu picture "Charges will apply for additional entrees", do they actually enforce that charge policy?

Don't have any personal experience with this since I was absolutely stuffed without any extras but people have said around here they will not charge for an extra appetizer but will charge for an extra entree
