Requesting Table Size

Hi-- you can call X, or your TA if you used a TA, to request a specific table size. Usually this is done when you book. If you know who you want to share a table with, all parties must "link their reservations". You can try to do this under "Manage My Reservation"- or again, each party will have to contact X if it doesn't work online. You will need to know the booking/confirmation number of each passenger you wish to have at your table and each of them will need yours. It's really easy--just gather the information and have each party either call or try to do it online.

good luck

In addition, after boarding there is a location and time listed in the daily program to met with the dining room manager to request changes. If there are still issues or concerns, that is the best time to bring them up. If you are unsure that your group has been properly accommodated, this is the best time to get it straightened out.

Much easier to fix things early, rather than later!
