The Adriatic Explorer itinery is modified next year by including Brindisi....anyone with any info on what the place is like [ apart from being Italian :) ]

Can't help much as it was 2005 we called there on the Emerald!

I remember a band to welcome us at the dock, town was very close, lots of tourist information there. A perfectly nice town but not a lot to see!

Still kicking myself for not booking a trip to see the pointed Trulli houses, as we have never been back to that area.

we are also doing this cruise next year. did the adriatic last year as well ,but couple of new ports to look forward to split and brindisi .
