Can anyone advise me about the evening shows, its our first cruise and we would like to book some dinners but would also like to see the shows. What sort of time are the on or do they vary cruise to cruise? Also how far in advance can you book a show? Thanks

Oasis and Allure have multiple shows, multiple nights, and various times. You can book these online about 2-3 months before your cruise. They may be starting this process with other ships but it isn't fleet-wide.

Typically they have two performances on the night for production shows. One catered to early dinner guests (usually around 8pm) and another catered to late seated dinners (usually around 10:30). You don't book the shows in advance.

Sometimes if you use the search button on the upper right and look for the " cruise Compass" and the name of your ship - you can find the schedule of shows and activities for a past date. If the itinerary is the same ( Caribbean and your sailing is too for instance) you can get a good idea of what's offered when- though it can change a little! If you are sailing Oasis or Allure. Go the RCI site and under " ships" select Oass or Allure and download the " showtimes at a glance". Again they may not be current for your sailing, but they change very little!

Good luck!

You didn't mention your ship but a quick search and it looks like you are doing Brilliance next year. You cannot reserve show times on Brilliance. There are usually 2 shows each night, one for Main Seating guests which you will see after dinner, and one show for Second Seating guests which you will see before dinner. But really, they don't check at the door and you can certainly go to either show, so not to worry.

You can check your printed Cruise Compass every day and decide what you'd like to do.

Enjoy Brilliance, she is magnificent!!
