Dolphin encounter vs dolphin interaction through RCI

I'm traveling solo over New Years and will be stopping in Nassau. I think I might like to do a dolphin excursion. On my sailing there are 2 dolphin excursions offered by RCI: Blue Lagoon Island Dolphin Encounter - NS63 and Atlantis Dolphin Cay - Shallow Water Interaction - NS56. My question is, what is the difference? (other than the price; encounter is $50 cheaper than the interaction) As far as I can tell the interaction allows viewing of the Atlantis resort which I thought was free anyway.

Advice on which one is the best excursion would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Concensus is (and I agree) that Blue Lagoon is a better experience, plus, you can enjoy the beach and the rest of the island for free.

Atlanis Interaction does NOT allow you access to Dolphin Cay Beach or the rest of the resort. You would only be allowed in the public areas, which is mainly the casino and shopping area. NOT the grounds, lagoons etc.

Blue Lagoon would be my pick. No contest.
