Tomct Posted April 10, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 10, 2004 The Port Room has been reserved for Sunday afternoon, at 5 PM, and is located within Spinnakers, port side, front of ship, Deck 12. My plan is to head there about 15 - 20 minutes after passing under the Verrazano Bridge, following a spectacular departure down the Hudson, past the Statue of Liberty. Hope to see fellow CC'ers there. Please confirm your intent to attend, here or over on the Roll Call Board. Early arrivers may wish to take advantage of the bar in Spinnakers, which last I knew offerred a 20% discount for Latitude members. See you soon! jeannep Posted April 12, 2004 #3 Share Posted April 12, 2004 Hi Tom Just wanted to wish you a great trip. Hope you get more people to the CC meeting than we did last year. Don't forget to bring a sign so you don't miss anybody that comes in. Enjoy!!!!!!!! Tomct Posted April 13, 2004 Author #4 Share Posted April 13, 2004 Thanks Jeanne; at least we have more confirmations than we had participants for that meeting. I've made a rough count of the CC'ers that have responded to the Roll Call, and there are at least 46 cruisers, but I have no idea how many have checked back in since I firmed up the meeting. The Port Room is located just off to the left of the entryway to Spinnakers, so we shouldn't have the problem we had last June, with a couple of us wandering around the room lookinfg for you people. How is your Roll Call thread going? Is there a meeting planned? I was just looking to direct folks to Spinnakers as we did, and my message got directed to Yonaiky in Passenger Courtesy, and she set it up. I wasn't aware it was actually inside of Spinnakers, so it should work out, so long as we get some participants. After all the confusion, I hope we get some attendees, especially if some Dawn staff drop in. If you have any specific things you'd like me to look out for on your behalf, let me know. I'll include them in my review upon return. Tom Tom/Connecticut

debjo Posted April 15, 2004 #6 Share Posted April 15, 2004 Tom... Am a bit jealous that you are leaving a week before us. HAVE A SUPERB TRIP! Just got word that our CC meeting has finally been scheduled by NCL. The gal arranging that for our group was just about to give up, since NCL hadn't given her an answer. Her persistence finally paid off! Smooth sailing and great weather for all of us for the next two weeks.
