mountainhouse Posted April 4, 2005 #1 Share Posted April 4, 2005 I see some pretty dramatic variations in cost by region. Using a popular travel site (cheapest balcony): July Med on the Grand = $282 per day July Northern Europe on the Golden = $210 per day March West Carib on the Grand = $157 I understand the that exchange would account for a 30% difference (Euro vs. dollar), but that only covers part of it. Is it just a matter of what the market will bare? Are the Med cruises super popular? Tnx,
Rare Coral Posted April 4, 2005 #2 Share Posted April 4, 2005 I think it is popularity - they can charge (and get) more for Med cruises.
