Sailing in Dec. I booked cat c2 cabin 9051 - we aren't going to be looking down on those canopies, are we? I want to see the water. I have time to change rooms.

 

Does the Summit have a concierge lounge on the ship?

No you won't be looking down on the canopies, your view will be down onto the rear of the third port side lifeboat as shown in the shot below.

No Concierge Lounge on X ships but they do have an Elite Lounge if you have that status.
