Parramatta Posted October 23, 2011 #1 Share Posted October 23, 2011 Hi All Please help a dumb aussie out, we are now deciding between a grand and junior suite. Is the grand suite on the oasis worth it? I read you get no perks in the Junior Suite, but do in the Grand. Are the cocktails free in cocktail hour? Is the concierge lounge somewhere only the suite guests can go and does that not include Junior Suite Guests? Any information on the perks would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Parramatta
Paulxyz2004 Posted October 23, 2011 #2 Share Posted October 23, 2011 A JS won´t give you access to the CL, unless you are at least D+ in C&A. Access to the CL starts with the GS as lowest suite level. The CL is not limited to suite guests, but D+ and Pinnacle C&A members have access as well. newsier Posted October 23, 2011 #3 Share Posted October 23, 2011 Yes - cocktails are free during the 5PM - 8:30PM cockail hour. The CL on the Oasis class ships are beautiful with a panoramic view of the Boardwalk. There is also a limited breakfast & lunch menu in the CL on Oasis not to mention the services of 2 concierges. Worth it? That's up to you.................. Good luck and happy sailing. g

Hypo Posted October 23, 2011 #6 Share Posted October 23, 2011 Oasis CL has the absolute best omelet that I have ever eaten on a cruise ship. It was always cooked perfectly, lots of added ingredients in the omelet, and served with a side of smoked salmon. Ate there for breakfast almost every day.
