We are going on the Rotterdam Dec 22. I would like to book spa services ahead of time but so far no luck. When is it possible to book?

You can book up to 3 days before your sailing by going into your rez and choosing "View Spa Services". Fill in the passenger's name, date and time requested and you'll get a list of what's available.

Mon.-Fri 5 a.m.-7 p.m., Sat.-Sun. 6 a.m.-5 p.m. (Pacific).

I also tried to book spa services online before our 11/12 cruise on the Oosterdam. Wasn't available until about 60 days prior to departure. Then, according to Ship Services, they only make about 20% of the appointments available online and not all available services can be booked online. The rest are available once you're on the ship.
