Cost of a manicure onboard?

Hi All,

 

I do like to have a manicure while on a cruise as for once my nails will not be getting chipped in the washing up bowl! How much does a manicure cost? I have heard that treatments are a little on the pricey side on Oceania (we will be on Insignia) but it would be really nice to have a manicure and polish as a treat.....

Hi!

A regular manicure costs $46 plus a tip. You can get your polish changed for $24 plus a tip.

Wow, the prices have gone up -- I had a manicure in 2009 and it was $34. And it wasn't very good. In fact for last year's cruise I decided to get a no-chip manicure before we left so I didn't have to get one onboard. I've had better manicures for half the cost here -- and in a Chicago suburb the prices are $15-20 at most salons.
