Courtyard Hotel, Cocoa Beach area

How is the beach area near the Courtyard Cocoa Beach? 200 yard walk. Is it a busy beach, places to eat, nice sand, good for swimming, any shade, etc.

What else have you walked to if you stayed at this courtyard by Marriott?

It's great! The beach is nice (it's cocoa beach... and it's on the atlantic, so it won't be the same a as gulf coast beach, but it's still really nice and clean).

 

The walk is a straight shot down a sandy pathway, super easy.

 

There's a nice bar and restaurant inside the hotel, and some places close by you can easily get to if you want something outside.

 

Not a huge crowd, but it depends on what time of year you are there, and what time of day (depending on seasons- ex: school vacations, surf conventions, etc).

 

No shade on the beach just about anywhere on Cocoa, bring an umbrella.

 

Always a good bet, staying at this hotel!
